We service other manufacturers in many industries that include:  automotive, bicycle, medical, structural, architecural, cookware, aerospace, hardware, display industries and all aspects of  home furnishings.  The lighting  industries serviced are portables, fixtures, architectural, outdoor, low voltage, spot, recessed, reflector and antique reproduction.  We produce parts and assemblies for contract,  wholesale and retail lighting manufacturers only.

You can take advantage of our mechanical design experience when you become a new customer.  You will be able to order standard shapes, stocking items or new custom designs.  Our manufacturing facilities include a full tool & die shop which allows us to customize standard shapes and new designs to meet all  your requirements.  We can provide you with raw parts through complete product fabrication if desired.

TOOL & DIE FACILITIES
In-house manufacturing of tooling for presswork, spinning and fabrication including jig and fixture work.  Complete machining operations available for production and prototype work.

SPINNING – 9 LATHES
To 32” Swing on manuals with quick action and crank locking (CNC spinning to 23” and large work to 48” swing on a limited basis).  Copper, Brass, Aluminum, Cold Roll are all regularly stocked in many gages with Stainless Steel, Bronze and others metals available upon request.  Most shapes including beading, trimming, locking, returning and finishing combined with other secondary operations.

PRESSES  - 10 OBI
75 ton Bliss 6” stroke 5” air cushion  -  60 ton Bliss 5” stroke 4” air cushion  -  22 ton Bliss 2 ½” stroke 3” air cushion  -  2 @ 35 ton Bliss punch - 2 @ 22 ton Bliss punch – 2 @ 8 ton Kenco punch and  1 ton Perkins punch.  To support this there are 3 coil reels, 4 rapid air feeds, 2 straighteners, kickpresses, arbor presses to 20 ton and lots of tooling including a full set of blanking dies.

SHEARING – CIRCLE AND SQUARE
4 Circle shears .020” to .185” mild steel with/without center hole, from 5” to 48” diameter.  2 Square shears for shearing production up to 48” wide 16ga CRS, thicker material on a limited basis to 3/16”.

FABRICATION (equipment) - INCLUDES EQUIPMENT TO  DO MACHINING AND TOOL & DIE
Welding (3 TIGs, 2 MIGs, Spot, Oxy/Ac),  bending (round, square tube or solid, flat),  ring forming, forging (limited),  cutting (cold saw, vertical bandsaw, horizontal bandsaw, plasma torch, cutting torch) and many machining requirements for production, jigs and fixtures. Some equipment used are Engine Lathe to 26” swing, Vertical Mill 9 x 42, Horizontal Mill,  Hardinge Production Lathe,  Drill Presses, Tappers, Buffer/Polishing Lathes, Sanders, Grinders, Surface Grinder, Heat Treat, Cold Saws along with many other dedicated machinery.

We have many working relations with other companies in the metal working trade to be a Complete One Stop Shop.  Many times these relations can result in less expensive, better products delivered complete to you on time

TOOLING AVAILABLE – OVER 500 SPIN TOOLS and  MANY MISCELLANEOUS DRAW DIES

CIRCULAR BLANKING DIES AVAILABLE -  FOR COIL RUN WASHERS AND BLANKS – most materials to .063, many available to greater thickness.  Special sizes can be made to order quickly in-house.
