Our Equipment continually changes with new projects we run. If you don't see what you are looking for in the following, please inquire. We are a jobshop and purchase equipment on new projects as they come up and may now have some new equipment recently acquired. We will dedicate machinery and personnel when needed. We staff personnel to get your product out on time.

TOOL & DIE FACILITIES ALONG WITH MACHINING

In-house manufacturing of tooling for presswork, spinning and fabrication including jig and fixture work. Complete machining operations available for production and prototype work. Engine lathe to 22.5" swing, Screw machine, Vertical Mill 9x 48, Surface Grinder, granite table, drill presses, tappers, grinders and a wide variety of measuring devices to insure accuracy/quality. We develop tooling from design through heat treating components as needed in our facility.

SPINNING LATHES - 9

18" through 32" swing, manuals with quick action and wheel locking (CNC spinning to 23" and large work to 48" swing on a limited basis). Copper, Brass, Aluminum, Cold Roll, Stainless Steel 304 are all regularly stocked in many gages/thicknesses with,Bronze and others metals available upon request. Most shapes are done including beading, trimming, locking, re-entry and finishing and can be combined with many other secondary operations.

PRESSES OBI - 7

75 ton Bliss 6" stroke 5" air cushion, 2 - 35 ton Bliss punch presses, 2 - 22 ton Bliss punch presses, 2 - 8 ton Kenco punch presses and 1 ton Perkins punch press. To support this there are 3 coil reels, 4 rapid air feeds, straighteners, kickpresses, arbor presses and tooling including a full set of circular blanking dies.

SHEARING, CIRCLE AND SQUARE

4 Circle shears .020" to .185" mild steel with/without center holes, from 5" to 48" diameter. 2 Square shears for shearing production up to 48" wide 16ga CRS, thicker material on a limited basis to 3/16".

FABRICATION AND MACHINING EQUIPMENT

CNC plasma cutting to 3/8", welding (3 TIGs, 2 MIGs, Spot, Oxy/Ac, Stud), bending (round, square tube or solid, flat), ring roller, forge (limited), cutting (cold saw, vertical bandsaw, horizontal bandsaw, gas cutting torch). Some equipment used are Engine Lathe to 22.5" swing, Vertical Mill 9 x 42, Horizontal Mill, Hardinge Production Lathe, Drill Presses, Tappers, Tube benders, Finger Break, Press Break, Corner Notcher, Buffer/Polishing Lathes, Sanders, Grinders, Surface Grinder, Heat Treat Oven along with other dedicated machines.

FINISHING

Powder Coating batch style oven 6' X 6' X 4' with spray booth 8' X 7' X 6', On spinning lathe finishing and polishing, Speed lathe finishing, Polishing/Buffing 10hp lathe.

TOOLING AVAILABLE - OVER 500 SPIN TOOLS and MANY MISCELLANEOUS DRAW DIES.

COMPLETE LINE OF ROUND CAN SPIN TOOLING - from 2" to 8" by 1/8" increments which are oversized .020" - .025". Many other can sizes are available to 20".

CIRCULAR BLANKING DIES AVAILABLE - FOR COIL RUN WASHERS AND BLANKS most materials to .063", many available to greater thickness with modification. Special sizes can be made to order quickly in-house.

Extensive single station and open die tooling is available. Nesting dies to punch holes to slip tight or oversize on most tubing sizes from 3/8" to 2" are available. We can make any size required.
