We cater to custom size flat table/floor bases, check plates, flanges, canopies with or without custom holes in many sizes.  We carry a standard line of  tooling sizes available from 2" to 8" in 1/8" increments which are .020 oversized to accomondate painting.  These parts can be made from most materials and thicknesses up to .063. There are many other larger, smaller and specialty sizes you can inquire about.

  We can make tooling many times to your exact requirements with no tooling charge, please inquire how.  Hole types and patterns can be put in before or after spinning with tooling and processing done in-house to create a  fully fabricated item.   Just paint, mount and wire.  Shown below are steel items, but we'd be happy to quote you in aluminum, copper, brass and stainless steel if desired.
