The best use of our system is for production and small runs when artistic qualities are needed although we can create technical geometric drawings by import or in-house techniques. Steel hot roll and cold roll, are the most common metals requested but we can do aluminum, copper, brass and stainless steel. Thickness typically runs from 1/16" to 3/8" although in time this will increase.
Drawings, mechanical and hand along with pictures can be utilized
to meet many artistic or mechanical designs.
Geometric shapes are handled easily when good data can be provided
or developed for creating a cut pattern. Your dxf, plt,
prn, bmp, csv and G-Code files can be easily imported for creating
designs or components.
We can be very technical and consistent in our transfer to metal.
Plasma cutting is economical compared to other methods of cutting.
There are intricate small parts which are best left for laser or water
jet cutting due to our cut width (kerf), we will advise you when this is
the case.
