We will be happy to quote custom products and include our experience in providing you with a part which will meet with your cosmetic and/or mechanical requirements. We can also quote you for some of our tooled and cataloged items.  Most quotes are done promptly when sufficient information is provided.  Here is a check list of information you will need to provide.

We will need the following for all quotes:  A.  Quantities which will be ordered,  repeated or if a blanket order quantity with draws can be issued.   B.  Part number you want used.   C.   Lead time if important.  D.  Critical dimensions and/or tolerances.  E.  Material type and thickness if known.

1.  New Custom Tooling - A. supply critical dimensions with tolerances  B. a drawing or part  C.  mating part dimensions or sample.  Note:  tooling is made for in-house use which is considerably less expensive than purchased tooling; you must let us know if you want to purchase tooling outright.

2.  Existing Tools - A.   material type and thickness  B.  lead time  C.  quantity and if one time, repeating volumes, blanket quantity with draws or price break points desired  D.  all holes with sizes/shapes/placement and if a   E.  special finish.
 

Since most items we produce are custom, quotes are based on volume, materials, tolerances, lead time, finish, operations and tooling/fixtures required.  Most pricing quoted stays the same unless there are major price changes in materials or there are new government restrictions of operations imposed causing cost increases.  Discounts can be achieved by blanket orders and combinations of items ordered as a group.
