Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Fabricor Products, Inc. (www.fabricorproducts.com) website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

When you purchase a product on our website, you will be required to complete a registration form for your account. You will create a username/password that gives you online access to your account information and order history. We also collect your name, bill to and shipping address, phone number, email, and credit card information needed to complete your order, send you an order confirmation email, and keep you informed of order delivery progress. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website. This information is used by Fabricor Products, Inc. employees and web designers only.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

You can access and update/correct all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging into your account and visiting the Account Maintenance link located under the Logout button. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

Online Store & Custom Work Policies

Ordering

Only products shown and listed in our online store will be sold online.

For Customization of store items or Custom/OEM products, please fill out our Request For Quote page as completely as possible, or contact us directly by phone 661-386-0116. The more information you provide, the better our quote will be.

Pricing

Pricing on the store’s items are created with reduced set up costs to make short runs or prototypes more economical on some commonly used items.

Minimum online store order amount is $100.00

All items shipping to a California location will be charged sales tax (7.5%) unless it is for resale and we have a resale permit on file. Online store pricing may change without notice based mainly on increases in material costs. Contact us for quote on larger quantities.

Payment

We are set up to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal for online sales.

Please contact us if you wish to establish an account on which terms may be extended based on credit which can be established. Customized products require a deposit in most cases of 50% and is not returnable.

Shipping

FPI only ships on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. There is no shipping on Wednesdays. Most shipments will ship UPS ground unless other arrangements are made when placing the order. Our goal is to ship online store orders in 5 working days or less.

Normal OEM and Custom manufacturing turn-around is 3 – 4 weeks and if tooling is required possibly 1 – 2 weeks longer. We understand emergencies can come up and many times can schedule sooner shipping if we are notified.

International Orders

We are happy to ship international orders to Canada or Mexico, but they will be handled on a "per order" basis and must be quoted. Shipping may be slowed down due to special export paperwork requirements.

Backorders

We do not backorder since we are the manufacturer, store orders should be able to ship complete. Generally we can ship items on Custom or OEM product orders with multiple items as they are done, but we try to ship the entire order complete on the same day whenever possible.

Returns

We stand behind our products 100%. If you receive any product which is not as ordered we will remedy the situation at no cost to you. Mistakes can happen and you need to inspect the product upon receipt and notify us if there are any problems. We do not accept returns on store items otherwise.

Freight Damage

Our shipments are made F.O.B. Origin. This means you are responsible to file a claim with the carrier. Call us immediately if there is a freight damage problem, we will assist any way we can to mitigate the damages and get you good product in a timely fashion. To make a valid claim, hold the shipment for inspection with its original packaging as found on delivery and notify the carrier you will need to make a freight claim. Sign any paperwork used for delivery with notation of damages seen and have the driver countersign. This usually will insure prompt recovery of claim for damages.
